I was browsing the Warrior Forum yesterday, and I cam across a really good method for quick cash that doesn’t take all that much effort. Basically, find an ebook (or 3 or 10) that comes with PLR (Private Label Rights), and make it your own. Change the title, fiddle with the grammar a little, change the affiliate links to your own, and most importantly, change the byline and make yourself the author. This is completely within what’s legal to do with PLR (that’s kind of the point).
Now visit the sales page, copy it, fiddle with it, make it look nicer, change the copy so it sounds more like your own writing style. Grab a domain, add some bonuses (which can just be other eBooks with PLR that you’re giving away in the same package).
Set up your minisite, put a contact form to grab emails, set up a quick paypal form, and start promoting the book in your sig on relevant forums. It doesn’t have to be in the IM niche, and it works even better in niches unrelated to IM.
This way, you’re making a bit of money selling the book, building your list, and adding to your library of products, all with very little effort.
